<sub>Haru has at her disposal any great number of powers inherited from her Damned bloodlines, but she only has a finite ability to do so. This limitation is defined by two separate measurements; BPU (Blood Per Use) and MPU (Mind Per Use). Haru's regular reserves are enough for 10 BPUs a day and 15 MPUs.

Bat Form

Turns into a small bat and back to a human again.

Control Body
2 BPU, 8 MPU
Takes control of another person's body and forces them to act as she wills.

Control Mind
6 MPU
Takes control of another person's mind and forces them to say what she wills.

Influence Thoughts
3 MPU
Implants her own thoughts into another person's mind to influence them to believe what she wills; doesn't work on stronger willed minds.

Lycan Form
4 BPU
Turns into a large bipedal lupine creature and back to a human again.

Mental Piggyback
1 MPU
Latches her awareness onto that of another so that she can experience the world through their current eyes.

Mind Read (Active)
1 MPU
Reads a mind with active intent to do so and minimal interference on the part of the person being read; current or recent thoughts only.

Mind Read (Agressive)
2 MPU
Reads a mind with active intent to do so and maximum interference on the part of the person being read; current or recent thoughts only.

Mind Read (Passive)
0 MPU
Reads a mind without meaning to and picks up on random thoughts like radio static; current thoughts only.

Mind Search (Active)
3 MPU
Searches a mind for a specific thought or memory cluster and minimal resistance on the part of the person being searched.

Mind Search (Agressive)
4 MPU
Searches a mind for a specific thought or memory cluster and maximum resistance on the part of the person being searched.

Mist Form
8 BPU, 6MPU
Turns into a cloud of mist and back to a human again.

Telekinesis
1/2 BPU, 1/2 MPU per 10 lbs
Moves objects in her line of sight with her mind.

Telepathy (Open)
0 MPU
Communicates telepathically with another person who is willing to receive it.

Telepathy (Closed)
1 MPU
Communicates telepathically with another person who is unwilling to receive it.

Teleportation
2 BPU, 2 MPU
Transports her body from one location to another with little to no regard for the distance between point A and point B.

Voice of Command
5 MPU
Allows her temporary command over one person's actions, so long as they hear her voice. Can be used on groups but the effect is divided by the number of people involved.

Wolf Form

Turns into a lithe wolf and back to a human again.</sub>
